A small digital image of the portrait will be sent via email two business days before having the drawing shipped.

Due to the custom nature of this product, there are no refunds. If the artwork arrives damaged, a request to have the drawing recreated will be granted within 30 days of delivery. The recreation will not be an exact replica of the original.
